Passengers fought back against a knife-wielding train attacker using frying pans and toasters, a court heard.

Anthony Williams, 33, is on trial for attempted murder after stabbing 10 people on a London North Eastern Railway (LNER) train near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, in November last year.

He has admitted attacking the victims on the train, but denies attempting to murder them.

Footage shown to jurors at Cambridge Crown Court on Wednesday captured Samir Zitouni, who was working on the train, forcing Williams back while wielding a frying pan.
