It has been 20 years since Nicki Durbin's son Luke went missing, aged 19, but a memory from that night still replays on a constant loop in her mind.
"My daughter Alicia, Luke and I were all in the house," she says. "Luke was on the phone to someone – probably a friend. He was really belly laughing. I started laughing as well, and then he went out the back door, still laughing. I said to him, 'Love you, have a good night.'"
