Euphoria star Hunter Schafer has revealed she has had gender-affirming surgery.
The actress, 27, shot to fame as transgender high school student Jules Vaughn in the HBO series, which also stars Zendaya, Jacob Elordi and Sydney Sweeney.
She told Elle magazine she had lower body surgery – which alters a person's genitals to match their gender identity – last December.

She said: "Maybe it's a good thing to share, for the tension I was talking about between those two worlds (reality and ideology).
