Javier Milei has ruled out military action to seize the Falkland Islands from Britain.
The Argentine president reiterated his recent claim that the archipelago belonged to his country, but said he planned to claim sovereignty through diplomacy.
Mr Milei also argued that Britain represented a "geopolitical and demographic risk" to security in the South Atlantic. Last week, his chief adviser cited the victory of Labour's Sagal Abdi-Wali in the Holborn and St Pancras by-election as evidence of the Islamisation of Britain.
