A French man accused of a mass shooting with a submachine gun targeted "black people and Arabs" in revenge for looting during last weekend's riots.
On Friday, one man was killed and five others were injured, including a 12-year-old girl, in a drive-by shooting in the Paris suburb of Trappes. The government has described the incident as a racially motivated terror attack. None of the victims were white.
